Most frequent questions and answers
Biro drawing commissions take on average 2-3 weeks to complete depending on the size and complexity. Oil paintings can take a little longer but I usually aim to deliver within a month of the order being placed. This can vary depending on how busy I am at that particular time. If you need your portrait by a certain date please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you.
I do not usually like to send pieces framed as they can easily get damaged in transit however I do offer this service on request and when being collected. Drawings and prints come mounted in a reinforced envelope.
Yes, if you have multiple photographs you would like to combine I can do this providing they are clear. Photographs must be digital and a resolution of 300dpi minimum.
Yes, packages are all tracked, signed for and insured for up to £500. Please use the contact form to get in touch for more information.
Payment is due on completion of your portrait, prior to despatch.
What to consider before chosing your photo
These are some examples of bad photographs. This includes images which are too dark, too far away, over-exposed and blurry.
These are some examples of good photos. This includes images which are bright, detailed, clear and where the eyes are easily visible.
